These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kita (the "Service"), a desktop application for office automation, provided by the Kita team ("we", "us", "our") at kitahub.site. By downloading, installing, or using Kita, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Kita is a desktop application that helps you automate repetitive office tasks. Certain features, such as generating or refining automation tools through AI-assisted chat, consume "credits" from your account balance. Credits are purchased in packages and consumed on a pay-per-use basis; they do not expire and are not tied to a subscription.
Some features require an account, identified by your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Credit purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST on your purchase. Your order may be subject to additional terms provided by Paddle at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

Kita, its logo, and its underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Tools and scripts you create using the Service remain yours. We claim no ownership over the files you process or the automation tools you build.
Certain features rely on third-party AI providers to process the text you submit through chat. Payment processing relies on Paddle. Use of these features is subject to the respective third party's terms in addition to these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how data is handled.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that automation results generated by the Service will be error-free; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits associated with a terminated account may become forfeit where permitted by law, except where a refund is due under our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
