What is a credit used for?
Kita is free to download. Create a free account to chat with Kita and preview what a tool will do — a credit is only spent when you run an automation tool to completion, so you can always check the result before it costs anything.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are yours once purchased and stay on your account until you use them — there's no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Can I get a refund?
